(PDF format)
by Holly B. Anderson
President, LWV-Natick

Upcoming Local Dates:

March 19, 2008 - The Override Forum scheduled by the LWV-Natick for Wednesday, March 19 at the Senior Center has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the LWV-Natick was unable to secure participation of someone willing to represent the "no" side of the issue.

However, the MetroWest Daily News is sponsoring a Civic Conversation on the proposed override, moderated by Opinion Page Editor Rick Holmes, at the same date, time and location: 7:00 PM, Wednesday, March 19 at the Kennedy Senior Center, 117 East Central Street in Natick. The Civic Conversation event will be free and open to the public, and recorded by Natick Pegasus for later telecast. Check natickpegasus.com for the program schedule.

The LWV-Natick is not sponsoring the Civic Conversation event, and takes no position on the override or any ballot question or candidate

March 25, 2008 - Natick General Election - All Open or Contested Seats and Ballot Questions. See the Town Web Site for candidates, ballot questions and election results.
